Cheap Apple TV Subscription in 2026: 12 Months for €35

Apple's streaming service, now just called Apple TV, is $14.99 a month in the US. How the 12-month option works and what the region change means for your account.

Apple's streaming service costs $14.99 a month in the US as of October 2026. Paid monthly for a year, that's $179.88, for a service many people keep mainly for two or three shows.

SpandyUpgrades sells a cheap Apple TV subscription: 12 months of the Standard plan for €35, against our listed retail reference of €120. The condition to understand first is that your Apple account's region is changed for the length of the plan.

Apple TV+ is now called Apple TV

If you're searching for Apple TV+, you're in the right place. Apple has dropped the plus. On Apple's own site the subscription is now simply Apple TV, the same name as the app and the set-top box. This guide uses Apple's current name. The service itself is the one you know: Apple Originals in the Apple TV app.

What the Apple TV subscription includes

According to Apple's Apple TV pages, as of October 2026:

  • Hundreds of Apple Originals, including dramas, sci-fi and comedies
  • Family sharing at no extra cost: Apple says you can share the subscription with up to five family members
  • Friday Night Baseball during the MLB regular season
  • Formula 1 and Major League Soccer coverage, which Apple lists as included at no extra cost in the US
  • Wide device support: Apple devices, plus smart TVs from brands like Samsung and LG, streaming sticks, games consoles, Android and Windows

The sports are US-focused, so check what Apple lists for your country if they're part of why you're subscribing.

What Apple charges directly

Apple's published US price as of October 2026:

Apple TV$14.99$179.887 days for new subscribers

Apple doesn't list an annual price on its Apple TV pages, so a year is twelve monthly charges. Apple sets App Store and subscription prices country by country, and the product description on our side says the discount comes from regional pricing. That's also why the region change described below is part of the deal.

Standard, 12 months

You pay €35 once for a year of Apple TV, a 71% saving against our retail reference. The product page sets out four conditions:

  • We need the email and password of your Apple account, or you can create a fresh account for this.
  • The account must not have any ongoing active plans.
  • The account's region is changed to ours, and you can't change it back until the plan expires.
  • Full warranty included.

What the region change means

Your Apple account's country or region decides which App Store you see and which prices you pay. Apple's support guide on changing region sets out rules that apply here too:

  • Active subscriptions can block a region change. Apple says to cancel them and wait until the end of the period. That's why the account needs to be free of active plans.
  • Store credit has to be spent first. Apple asks you to use up any remaining Apple Account balance before switching.
  • Family Sharing can get in the way. Apple says members of a Family Sharing group may not be able to change region and may need to leave the group.
  • Some content may not be available in the new region. Apple advises redownloading apps, music, films and books you might want later, while you still can.

For the whole 12 months, your App Store follows the new region. If that would disrupt how you use your iPhone or Mac, for example because you pay for iCloud+ or other subscriptions on that account, the cleaner route is a fresh Apple account used only for Apple TV. The product page allows exactly that.

Who this suits

  • You watch Apple Originals but don't use the App Store much. The region change will barely touch you.
  • You have a spare Apple account, or don't mind making one. A fresh account keeps your main Apple account exactly as it is.
  • Your main account carries other Apple subscriptions. Use a fresh account. The active-plan rule and the region lock make your main account the wrong place for this.
  • You're in a Family Sharing group you can't leave. Use a fresh account, since Apple may block the region change otherwise.

How ordering works

  1. Choose the plan on the Apple TV page and pay by card or crypto at checkout. PayPal and direct wallet payments are handled through a Discord ticket.
  2. Enter the email and password of the Apple account to upgrade, or of a fresh account you've created, plus a Discord or Telegram username.
  3. Make sure the account has no active subscriptions and no store balance left.
  4. The region is changed and Apple TV is applied. Most orders are delivered within 0–24 hours, and the order page shows progress.
  5. Sign in to the Apple TV app with that account on your devices.

Leave the region alone until the 12 months are over. Changing it yourself voids the warranty, and so does sharing the login or a ban for breaking Apple's terms. Otherwise, if Apple TV stops working during the plan for a reason you didn't cause, open a Discord ticket with your payment ID and it's fixed for free. All sales are final; refunds are only given when an order can't be delivered. First-time buyers get 10% off.

See how it works and the FAQ for more on payment and delivery.

Frequently asked questions

Is Apple TV the same as Apple TV+?

Yes. Apple dropped the plus from the name. The subscription Apple now calls Apple TV is the service previously sold as Apple TV+.

Will my Apple account region really change?

Yes. The product page states the region is changed to ours and can't be changed back until the plan expires. If that's a problem, use a fresh Apple account.

Can I still use the App Store?

Yes, but you'll see the store for the new region for the length of the plan. Apple notes that some content may not be available in a different region, so redownload anything you rely on first.

Can I share it with my family?

Apple lets Apple TV be shared with up to five family members through Family Sharing. Apple also says Family Sharing membership can block a region change, so if you're in a group, ask on Discord before ordering or use a fresh account.

Do I need to cancel my current Apple TV subscription?

Yes. The account must have no ongoing active plans. Cancel, wait for the paid period to end, then order.

Should I use my main Apple account or a fresh one?

If your main account has other subscriptions, store credit or a Family Sharing group, use a fresh one. If it has none of those and you rarely buy apps, your main account is fine. Either way, the account's region stays changed until the plan ends.

What happens after 12 months?

Apple TV ends on that account, and the region can be changed back if you want, following Apple's normal rules.
