ChatGPT's paid plans start cheap and climb quickly. In the US, Plus costs $20 a month and Pro starts at $100, with higher Pro tiers at $200 and $500, as of October 2026.

A note on the name
OpenAI does not sell a plan called "Max" or "Max 20x". On OpenAI's own pricing documentation, the personal plans are Free, Go, Plus and Pro, and Pro comes in three monthly tiers.
"Max 20x Upgrade" is the name SpandyUpgrades uses for this product. This guide doesn't map it to a specific OpenAI tier, because that isn't something we could confirm from OpenAI's pages. If you need to know exactly which plan your account will show after the upgrade, ask in Discord before you order.
What OpenAI charges directly

OpenAI's documentation describes Pro as everything in Plus plus more, and says Pro plans don't have the five-hour usage limits that apply to Plus. The $500 tier adds a faster mode that the lower tiers don't get.

It upgrades the account you already have
Unlike a premade account, this upgrade is applied to your own ChatGPT account. Your chat history, custom GPTs, memory and settings stay where they are, because nothing moves. The plan on the account changes for a month.
To apply it, we need your account login details. You don't enter them in the checkout form. You give them inside a private Discord ticket that you open after ordering.
There is no warranty
This product is sold with no replacement warranty. If the upgrade stops working partway through the month, it isn't restored. Our terms are also clear that all sales are final, and refunds are given only when an order can't be delivered.
That makes the risk different from most products in the store. With a warranty, a problem during the term gets fixed. Here, a problem during the term is your loss. Price that into the decision.
Sharing your login
Handing a ChatGPT login to someone else is a real trade-off. Your account holds your conversations, files and memory. Change your password as soon as the upgrade is applied, and check the account's active sessions afterwards. If your ChatGPT account also signs you into other things, or holds anything sensitive, think twice.
Questions worth asking before you pay
Because there is no warranty, it pays to clear up the details first rather than after. Open Discord and ask:
- Which OpenAI plan will my account show once the upgrade is applied? You should know what you are paying for in OpenAI's own terms.
- What happens to a subscription I already pay for? If you are on Plus or Go through OpenAI, find out whether you need to cancel it first, and when.
- How is sign-in handled if my account uses two-factor authentication or signs in through Google, Apple or Microsoft? The upgrade needs access to the account, and the answer decides what you hand over.
- When does the month start? Knowing the start date tells you exactly when the plan ends.
Who it suits
- You need a month of much heavier ChatGPT use on your own account, and you accept that nothing replaces the upgrade if it stops early. This is the case it is meant for.
- You only need a bit more than Free: OpenAI's Go at $8 or Plus at $20 are far cheaper than this product, and they are billed to you with OpenAI's own support.
- You rely on ChatGPT for paid work and can't lose access mid-month: subscribe to Pro through OpenAI. A product without a warranty is the wrong fit for work that can't tolerate an interruption.
- You aren't comfortable sharing your login: don't buy this. Giving the login is required.
How ordering works
- Order on the ChatGPT page and pay by card or crypto. PayPal and direct crypto wallet payments are handled through a Discord ticket.
- Enter your Discord or Telegram username in the order form.
- Open a private Discord ticket after ordering. Provide your ChatGPT login details there, not anywhere else.
