Gemini Ultra 20x Family Invite: One Month of Google AI Ultra on Your Account

This plan suits someone who needs Google's highest Gemini limits for a few weeks, on the account they already use, without sharing a password. It costs €85 for one month. Google charges $199.99 a month for Google AI Ultra 20x in the US, as of October 2026.

The catch is in the name. You join a Google family group that already has Ultra 20x. You are a member, not the manager, and Google sets rules for who can join a family and how often.

What you get and what it needs

• One month of Google AI Ultra 20x through a family-group invite to your Google account.
• The order form asks for your Google account email and a Discord or Telegram username. The plan note reads "Only your email is needed · Warranty included".
• Your Gmail, Drive and Gemini history stay on your own account.

On Google's US page, Ultra 20x has 20x the Gemini usage limits of AI Pro, 25,000 Google Flow credits, Deep Think, Project Genie, the individual YouTube Premium plan, Google Home Premium (Advanced), and storage starting at 20 TB.

Google's help page for Ultra says family members "can enjoy select AI benefits and features at no extra cost". It also names one benefit that can't be shared, the Google Developer Program premium benefit. Google doesn't publish a full list of which Ultra features reach family members, so if one specific feature is the reason you are buying, ask in Discord before ordering.

Google's family-group rules

According to Google's help page, to join a family group you must:

• live in the same country as the family manager
• not be in another family group
• not have switched family groups in the last 12 months, if you have a paid Google subscription such as YouTube Premium. Rejoining the same family is not limited
• use a personal Google account, not a work or school one

Two of these need checking before you pay. If you already share YouTube Premium Family or Google One with your household, you would have to leave that group, and the 12-month rule may then stop you joining another one. And since the invite comes from a family manager in a particular country, ask in Discord whether it works where you live.

How it compares with the other options

This is the cheapest Ultra option, and the only one on your own account. The premade plans hand you a separate account, so they skip the family rules entirely, but your Ultra work then lives on an account you don't own.

Before buying any Ultra month, ask whether you need Ultra at all. A full year of AI Pro on your own account costs less than this one month. If you aren't regularly hitting AI Pro's limits, Pro is the better buy.

Ordering and delivery

1. On the Google AI product page, select "Ultra 20x family invite · 1 month".
2. Enter the email of your Google account and a Discord or Telegram username, then pay by card or crypto. PayPal and direct wallet payments go through a Discord ticket.
3. Watch that inbox for a Google family invitation. Most orders are delivered within 0–24 hours.
4. Accept the invite while signed in to the same account.
5. Open the Gemini app and check that Ultra is active.

Risks specific to this plan

• You don't control the family. The manager can remove members, and the plan's benefits follow their subscription. If access drops during your month for a reason you didn't cause, the warranty covers a replacement. Claim it in Discord with your payment ID.
• The 12-month switching rule. Joining this family may stop you joining a different one for a year if you hold a paid Google subscription.
• One month goes fast. Plan the heavy work for the weeks you have it.
• Region. Changing your account's country after the upgrade voids the warranty.

Frequently asked questions

Do family members get the full 20x limits?

Google says family members on an Ultra plan get "select AI benefits and features" and doesn't publish exactly which limits apply to members. If the exact limit matters for your work, ask in Discord before you order.

What can the family manager see about me?

Google says family members may see your name, photo and email address, and, on a shared Google One plan, how much shared storage you use. They can't open your files unless you share them with them.

I'm already in a family for YouTube Premium. Can I still use this?

Only by leaving your current family group first, and then the 12-month switching rule may apply. Ask in Discord, or choose the premade with warranty, which doesn't touch your family group.

What happens after the month?

You leave Ultra and your account goes back to its previous plan. Your chats and files stay. To continue, buy another month.
