Cheap Google AI Pro and Gemini Ultra in 2026: Every Option Compared

Google AI Pro is $19.99 a month in the US and Ultra 20x is $199.99. Here is how the five SpandyUpgrades options differ, from premade accounts to family invites.

Google sells its Gemini subscriptions under the Google AI name. In the US, Google AI Pro costs $19.99 a month, which is $239.88 over a year. The top tier, Google AI Ultra, now comes in two sizes: Ultra 5x at $99.99 a month and Ultra 20x at $199.99 a month.

SpandyUpgrades sells cheap Google AI Pro for twelve months and Ultra 20x for one month, in five versions starting at €30. Some put the plan on your own Google account, some give you a ready-made account, and one of the Ultra options comes without a warranty. This guide explains what each one is, what it asks of you, and which one fits.

What Google AI Pro and Ultra include

Google lists these features on its US plans page (as of October 2026).

Google AI Pro

  • 4x higher Gemini usage limits than the free tier
  • More access to Deep Research, Deep Search and agentic features
  • Video generation, with 1,000 Google Flow credits
  • Gemini inside Gmail, Docs and Vids
  • 5 TB of cloud storage across Gmail, Drive and Photos
  • YouTube Premium Lite and Google Home Premium (Standard)

Google AI Ultra includes everything in Pro, plus:

  • 5x or 20x the Gemini usage limits of AI Pro, depending on which Ultra tier you are on. Google's help pages say the multiplier applies to Gemini and Google Antigravity
  • Deep Think, Google's slower reasoning mode
  • 10,000 Flow credits on Ultra 5x, 25,000 on Ultra 20x
  • Project Genie access
  • The individual YouTube Premium plan and Google Home Premium (Advanced)
  • Cloud storage starting at 20 TB

That "20x" in our plan names is Google's own: Ultra 20x is the tier with twenty times the AI Pro limits. Google describes the limits as compute-based, refreshing every five hours up to a weekly cap, so heavy prompts and long chats use more of it.

Google AI Pro premade, 12 months

The cheapest option. You get a separate Google account that already has AI Pro for twelve months, at €30 against a €240 retail figure. Your own Gmail, Drive and history stay where they are, and you use Gemini on the second account. Warranty included. Read the premade guide.

Upgrade your own account, 12 months

AI Pro on the Google account you already use, for €55. The order form asks for your account email only, never your password. Gemini then works in your own Gmail and Docs, and your existing chats stay in one place. Read the upgrade guide.

Ultra 20x family invite, 1 month

A month of Ultra 20x for €85, delivered as an invite to a Google family group. Again, only your email is needed, and a warranty is included. You are a member of the family, not its manager, and Google's family-group rules apply. Read the family invite guide.

Ultra 20x premade, 1 month, no warranty

A ready-made Ultra 20x account for one month at €100. This plan has no warranty. If the account stops working during the month, it is not replaced. Read the no-warranty premade guide.

Ultra 20x premade with warranty, 1 month

The same kind of premade Ultra 20x account, at €140, with a warranty. On the product page both premade Ultra plans are labelled "Ultra 20x premade · 1 month". Tell them apart by price and by the note: this one says "Warranty included". Read the warranty premade guide.

Which one should you pick?

  • You want Gemini Pro for a year and don't mind a second login: the AI Pro premade. Lowest price, warranty included.
  • You want Gemini inside the Gmail and Docs you already use: Upgrade your account. You pay more than the premade but keep everything on one account.
  • You need Ultra-level limits for a month on your own account: the Ultra family invite. Check the family-group rules below first.
  • You need Ultra for a short project and can use a separate login: one of the premade Ultra plans. Pay the higher price for the warranty version unless losing the account mid-month would cost you nothing.

How family groups affect you

Two of the plans take only your email. The Ultra family invite says outright that it is a family invite, so Google's family rules apply to it. According to Google's help page, to join a family group you must:

  • live in the same country as the family manager
  • not already be in another family group
  • not have switched family groups in the last 12 months, if you have a paid Google subscription such as YouTube Premium

If you are already in a family, for example for YouTube Premium Family, you would have to leave it to join another. Google's Ultra help page also says family members get "select AI benefits". Some perks, such as the Google Developer Program premium benefit, stay with the plan manager.

How ordering works

  1. Choose a plan on the Google AI page and pay by card or crypto. PayPal and direct crypto wallet payments go through a Discord ticket.
  2. For the upgrade and family invite plans, enter your Google account email and a Discord or Telegram username. For premade plans, only the contact username is needed.
  3. Most orders are delivered within 0–24 hours. You can follow progress on your order page.
  4. If a plan with a warranty stops working for a reason you didn't cause, open a ticket on Discord with your payment ID and it is replaced free.

First-time buyers get 10% off. The warranty doesn't cover a ban for breaking Google's terms, changing an account's region, or sharing credentials. That last point matters on premade accounts: don't hand the login to anyone else.

Frequently asked questions

What does "20x" mean in Ultra 20x?

It is Google's name for the higher Ultra tier. Google's help page says that, depending on the Ultra plan, you get 5x or 20x the usage quota of Google AI Pro in Gemini and Google Antigravity. All of our Ultra options are the 20x tier.

Do I have to give you my Google password?

No. The upgrade and family invite plans ask only for your email. The premade plans need nothing from you except a contact username, because you receive a separate account.

Will I lose my Gmail, Drive files or Gemini chats?

Not on the email-only plans, which keep everything on your own account. A premade account is a different account, so chats you have there stay on it. Download anything you want to keep before the term ends.

Is the Ultra plan really only one month?

Yes. All three Ultra 20x options run for one month. If you need Ultra for longer, buy another month when it ends.

Which Ultra premade has the warranty?

The one at €140, with the note "Warranty included". The plan at €100 says "No warranty" and is not replaced if it stops working.

Do I get the 5 TB of storage?

Google AI Pro includes 5 TB on Google's US plan. On a premade account, the storage belongs to that account, not to your main one. On the email-only plans, ask in Discord before ordering if the storage specifically matters to you.

Is this against Google's terms?

Family groups are Google's own feature, but Google expects members to live in the same country as the manager, and it can change how it enforces that. Sharing an account's login with others breaks most services' terms and voids our warranty. If you rely on Gemini for work you can't afford to lose, choose a plan with a warranty.
